1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the booking of taxi transport services provided by:

(hereinafter: “the Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our website and booking a ride, the customer (“you”, “the Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking of Services
2.1. All rides are booked exclusively through our website’s online booking system.
2.2. The Client must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including pick-up location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers, as well as valid contact details (name, email, phone number).
2.3. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment has been processed, as described in Section 3 below. The Provider will send a confirmation to the email address provided by the Client.
2.4. The Provider reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, vehicle/driver unavailability, or force majeure, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices for transport services are displayed on the website at the time of booking and are stated in the applicable currency, inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Final prices may depend on the specific route, vehicle type, number of passengers, luggage, waiting time, additional stops, and other options selected during booking.
3.3. Payment is required in full at the time of booking (in advance), via credit/debit card, processed securely through the Monri payment gateway.
3.4. By entering your card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card used for payment. Card data is entered directly into Monri’s secure payment system and is not stored on our website or servers.
3.5. The Provider does not have access to, collect, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment data. All such information is processed exclusively by Monri d.o.o. in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
3.6. In the event of a declined or failed transaction, the booking will not be confirmed until successful payment is completed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. The Client may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method via Monri within a reasonable period (typically up to 14 business days).
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking price, or may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances and route booked.
4.3. No-shows (Client not present at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time, without prior cancellation) are non-refundable.
4.4. If the Provider cancels a booking (e.g., due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or other circumstances within the Provider’s control), the Client will receive a full refund or, where possible, be offered an alternative ride.

5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Arrive at the agreed pick-up location on time;
- Provide accurate booking and contact information;
- Behave respectfully towards the driver and refrain from any conduct that endangers safety or damages the vehicle;
- Comply with applicable traffic and safety regulations (e.g., seatbelt use) during the ride.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate transport in cases of inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior by the Client, without obligation to refund, where the behavior is the direct cause of the termination.
6. Liability
6.1. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely and safe transport but is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.2. The Provider’s vehicles are covered by mandatory and applicable insurance in accordance with Croatian law.
6.3. The Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as missed flights or connections) unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Provider.
6.4. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle through their fault or the fault of accompanying passengers.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Provider processes personal data provided during booking (name, email, phone number, pick-up/drop-off details) solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering the booked transport service, customer communication, and legal/accounting obligations.
7.2. Payment card data is collected and processed exclusively by Monri d.o.o., an authorized payment service provider, in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations (including the GDPR). The Provider does not access or store this data.
7.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing via Monri) or where required by law.
7.4. Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting mateo@dubrovnikfinest.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of the Provider or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent court in Croatia shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
