2. What Personal Data We Collect

When you book a ride or contact us through our website, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time of the ride;
  • Number of passengers and any special requirements (e.g., luggage, child seat);
  • Booking history and correspondence with us;
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically through our website (see Section 7 on Cookies).

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card payments are processed directly by our payment service provider, Monri (see Section 5 below).

3. Why We Collect Your Data (Purpose and Legal Basis)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide the booked transport service — processing your booking, communicating with you, and organizing the ride (legal basis: performance of a contract);
  • To process payments — by passing necessary booking details to Monri to enable payment processing (legal basis: performance of a contract);
  • To comply with legal obligations — such as accounting, tax, and invoicing requirements (legal basis: legal obligation);
  • To respond to inquiries — when you contact us via email or phone (legal basis: legitimate interest / consent);
  • To improve our website and services — through analytics and cookies, where applicable (legal basis: consent, where required).

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Booking and invoicing records are generally kept for the period required by Croatian tax and accounting legislation (typically up to 11 years for financial documents). Other personal data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.

5. Payment Processing via Monri

All card payments on our website are processed through Monri, a licensed payment service provider. When you make a payment, your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) are entered directly into Monri’s secure payment system and are not transmitted to, stored, or accessible by us.

Monri processes this data in accordance with PCI DSS security standards and its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Monri’s privacy policy for further details on how they handle payment data.

We only receive confirmation of whether a payment was successful, along with limited transaction information (e.g., amount, date, transaction reference) necessary for booking confirmation and accounting purposes.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Monri — for the purpose of processing card payments;
  • Drivers/subcontractors — limited to the information necessary to carry out the booked ride (e.g., name, phone number, pick-up/drop-off location);
  • IT service providers — such as our website hosting and booking system provider, acting on our behalf;
  • Public authorities — where required by law (e.g., tax authorities, courts).

All third parties handling personal data on our behalf are required to apply appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

7. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper functioning of the booking system, remember your preferences, and, where applicable, analyze website traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the booking system.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
